Yes. Working with a licensed professional brings a standard of business acumen and credibility to your project. We are fully licensed in Nevada. Holding NV LIC#0083002. We are licensed for inspections, repairs, and payments through escrow.
We can. But its important to discuss roles and responsibilities to make sure all expectations are in agreement.
Yes. In the state of Nevada, contractors are not required to. But any qualified contractor should, and you should be suspect if you’re speaking with one who doesn’t. We want to protect our clients, and the contractors we work with.
